The Space:

LOCATION: Reside in the pulsating heart of Little Havana, providing unparalleled access to Miami’s diverse districts. As you venture west of Downtown and Brickell, you’ll find yourself on the lively Douglas Avenue. The historic Miami River to the north and the scenic Coral Way to the south further encapsulate this central jewel.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Begin your Miami experience after 4PM and conclude it before 11AM. If you desire a more flexible timeframe, reach out and we might be able to customize your arrival and departure to better suit your needs, subject to availability and additional charges.

MASTER BEDROOM: Retreat into a realm dominated by a luxurious Queen bed, ensuring restful slumbers. The curated ambiance guarantees you’ll awaken refreshed, ready for another Miami day.

BATHROOM: Reset and refresh in a pristine bathroom, where a revitalizing shower awaits to encapsulate you in luxury.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Engage with nature in the shared garden, where a hammock suggests relaxation and a seating area beckons for those cherished conversations under the Miami sky.

PARKING: Forget the parking woes with available free street parking, ensuring your vehicle is safely stationed.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU’RE HERE: Whether you’re visiting during the busy summer arts festivals or during fishing season, you’ll find plenty of things to do. We’ve assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we’re happy to answer additional questions.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property’s exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 9:00 PM. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Guest Access:

Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we’re nearby and happy to help.
