Far removed from the crowds, the home is located in the heart of quiet West Park, so you’ll soon feel settled here. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and beaches just a few minutes away by car. Stepping inside, you’ll immediately notice the cozy touches and peacock references that give the home its name. Serve up cooked breakfasts on the large dining table, as you map out your plans ahead.

The Space:
Ample sleeping arrangements should provide more options than you may even need! Bring the whole family.

LOCATION: West park is a quiet residential area with tons of eateries and driving distance to beaches and many attractions.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

MASTER BEDROOM: Features 1 king size bed

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster and everything you’d need to cook at home during your stay.

LIVING ROOM: Features ample seating space and a large TV that is hung over a fireplace. The room is open to the dining area perfect for gatherings over a home cooked meal.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The yard is a private green space to enjoy

PARKING: There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Also, the property is equipped with noise detection devices. No surveillance is located inside the home. All guests must be registered with host.

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). If you intend to prepare a meal or require specific items, the House Guide stands by with further details, beneficial advice, and comprehensive protocols for guests.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU’RE HERE: Whether you’re visiting during the busy summer arts festivals or during fishing season, you’ll find plenty of things to do. We’ve assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we’re happy to answer additional questions.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property’s exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

The Neighborhood:
West Park, FL is an incorporated city located in Broward County south of Miramar populated by about fifteen thousand residents. West Park features plenty of recreational activities like the Oleta River State Park giving people the perfect opportunity to appreciate nature through different activities such as birdwatching or horseback riding during their stay here! Additionally there are numerous eateries and retail outlets within this area granting it something unique on any given day.

We recommend renting a car or taking uber.
