Space abounds in this home! The main level features a beautiful, expansive primary bedroom with a trey ceiling and a picturesque view of the lake. The primary bedroom includes a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate, luxurious shower featuring glass tile and a rain shower head.

The second bedroom on the main level also offers an en-suite setup with two queen beds.

On the upper level, discover two newly carpeted bedrooms—one with 2 queen beds and the other with 1 queen bed. Both rooms feature workspaces facing windows for enjoying the outdoors. These rooms share a full bathroom with hall access. A new addition to Bright Water Cove is a bunk room with a full bath AND a half! The bunk room features two twin-over-full bunks, accommodating 6 for the perfect kids’ sleepover!

The updated lower level is an ideal space for family time! It offers a large open area, an additional family room, a full bath, and a new kitchen. The kitchen boasts new cabinets, quartz countertops, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, and 4 bar stools for company or game-watching!

The comfortable large sectional and new 86" HD 4K TV create an ideal setup for movie nights or catching up on favorite shows. Challenge someone to a game of table tennis or gather around for a board game. Don’t miss taking a stroll outside the lower-level family room onto the newly constructed stone-covered patio area.

All the fun lake toys, including a kayak, a paddleboard, and an assortment of life jackets, are conveniently located on the dock.

Accidental Damage Protection:
Included non-refundable accidental damage protection covers damages or loss up to $2000 resulting from you or others in your party. This plan excludes intentional acts, gross negligence, willful conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. Not available for reservations 28 days or longer or those requiring a security deposit.

Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No sound systems are provided; violation of noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000.

We prioritize guest safety and experience. Enhanced cleaning protocols ensure thorough sanitation between reservations.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
