Casa Mareblu is an elegant and contemporary villa featuring a sauna, hot tub, and a spacious swimming pool (12×5 m, depth 1.50 m) situated along the waterfront in Marina di Modica, on the southern coast of Sicily. Spanning three levels, the house is enveloped by a well-maintained, expansive garden with direct access to the sea. The large partially covered terrace is furnished for both relaxation and outdoor dining, offering captivating sea views and a barbecue. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, and Noto, as well as charming coastal resorts like Sampieri, Punta Secca, and Donnafugata with its nineteenth-century castle.
