This recently renovated home includes 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and is a short bike ride away from East Hampton and beach access. You’ll fall in love with this peaceful escape that sits on a well-manicured acre of land that includes 2 indoor fireplaces, central heating and air, and all of the comforts to make this your home away from home.

The Space:
WORKSPACE — This location comes equipped with workstations including:

- Herman Miller Aeron office chairs
- Electric standing desks
- 4K external monitor setups with docking stations
- Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse

This home’s pool is now closed for the winter season and will no longer be available until it reopens for guest use on a to-be-determined date in Spring.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Pets are not permitted at this property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, the Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to the Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer.
