Inside, contemporary design meets comfort. The living room serves as a cinematic haven with a large TV, while the circular dining table and additional nook ensure ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and generous counter space.

Indulge in the primary suite featuring a California king bed and a full bath. Bedroom 2 offers two bunk beds and a full bath – ideal for family stays. Bedrooms 3 and 4 provide a king bed and Queen bed, respectively, with the latter including an ensuite bath. The office offers extra space with a queen pullout couch.

Enjoy a laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer for added convenience. There’s even a fitness area if you’re looking to break a sweat during your stay. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is available in the office.

Pets are not allowed in this home. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking spaces are available in the driveway and garage.
Street parking is not permitted.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation, covering damages up to $2000.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines.

Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.

We prioritize the health, safety, and experience of our guests and staff by enhancing our cleaning and sanitation protocols between reservations.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all instances of Credit Card Fraud.
